Why isn't our
phone number on this website?

The only thing we don't have is a telephone receptionist.
Many small American internet based companies cannot afford to keep prices low, and offer full telephone support, but can offer full email support.
So we don't have a dedicated receptionist to answer the phone, but we handle all communications via email promptly, AND you receive the factory direct toll free phone number with your purchase invoice and order confirmation.
I'm always happy to call customers and answer questions, or take their order if they email me their phone number.
I enjoy talking with customers, but I would probably become an irritating guy if I did it 24/7. I can assure you we stand behind our product 100 percent, and customer service is a priority.
Doesn't it make more sense to get a detailed email response from a knowledgeable person and user of the Mini Splitter for our home heating firewood needs, than a receptionist that can only take your credit card number?
