By purchasing your Mini Splitter, you understand and accept the terms and conditions below:

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days by UPS ground or trucking service, except Alaska which ships USPS, unless unforseen delays are casued by supplies or demand. All products can be returned for refund if received within 30 days of date shipment received. Refunds are credited within 30 days after receiving the returned splitter. Refund amount total includes a 8.9% transactions handling costs fee, and will be posted to your credit card account refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns accepted over 30 consecutive days. Contact our service representatives for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Pack the return goods securely in the original carton and notify Westcoastminisplitter.com by email with copy of the original invoice for the merchandise. Return items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Altered merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.

DAMAGE ITEMS

For your own protection, inspect shipments before signing the freight bill.If merchandise has been damaged in shipment, notify the transportation company at once so you do not lose your right to file a claim with the carrier. Return broken or damaged merchandise to us.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All American Log Splitters Inc., makes every effort to assure that its products meet high and durability standards and warrants to the original retail consumer/purchaser of our products that each product be free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

The Mini Splitter parts are warranted to be free from defects for the lifetime of the product. The hydraulics carry a 6 month maximum Warranty. The warranty does not include shipping costs. This warranty is voided in the event that The Mini Splitter is used for any other purpose for which it was designed. All American Log Splitters Inc. cannot accept responsibility or liability for repairs not made by our qualified technicians. The warranty is transferable. Use all models of the Mini splitter and parts and upgrades at your own risk. In no event shall J.P. Green of Westcoastminisplitter.com - sales distributer for All American Log Splitters Inc, be held liable for incidental or consequential damages from using any models of the Mini splitter and parts and upgrades. Green of Westcoastminisplitter.com or All American Log Splitters Inc., in no event shall be held liable for incidental or consequential damages from using any models of the Mini splitter and parts and upgrades, and is is not responsible for, and cannot be held liable on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the use of Mini splitter, sale, resale, or use of a jack or related service equipment, or any alterations. The liability of All American Log Splitters Inc., on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the use of Mini splitter, sale, resale, or use of a jack or related service equipment shall in no event exceed the purchase price.
